-Options for charter schools in every state
-The Left gives up talking about LGBTQ education in school curriculum. That stuff has no place in education. Learn it on your own time.
-Abortion on demand for all women, The Right needs to give this up. If you don't want to have an abortion, don't have one, it is that simple.
-Make history optional in schools. History has become too politicized and it is causing a distraction in schools.

These are the kinds of moderate common sense compromises that I want my leaders to think about. I just want people to stop talking politics all the time. This would help a lot.

Not only should history be optional - but most subjects should be. People laugh, but more people need what people here deride as "Mickey Mouse" skills. What happened to sewing? Balancing your checkbook? These aren't taught and are much more useful. People are happier knowing this than algebra. Only the highly educated need algebra.

Assuming that you were not trolling that's a bit of circular logic, because without algebra you probably don't become highly edcuated in the first place. So the more correct phrasing would be: "Only those who are meant to become highly educated need algebra."

More to the point, it raises the question whether your post is meant to advocate the restructuring of society along the lines of a caste system where you have, among other things, some sort of a Scientist Caste where new generations of "thinkers" are born and raised within the confines of this classification.
