Will they? Also probably no. They can just wait until they retake the court via democratic means and redraw

Can't redraw legislative maps FYI so thats more likely to cause the impeachment especially considering the legidlative maps aren't that extreme . Like they wouldn't go nuclear if for example their state senate  NE gerrymander was redrawn(it isn't even that bad for them as the black oppurtunity seat would still be winnable at Biden +4)
