I'm talking about impeach a Dem Supreme Court Justice with a simple majority vote to win a fair congressional map.

The governor can’t veto that?

The only people that deserve to lose their jobs are the assholes who drew this garbage map in the first place.

No, doing so would be morally repugnant.   But it's NCGOP so that's nothing new.

Lol, BigSerg probably thinks the 10-3-1 map passed by the legislature is fair. Anyways, obviously not.

Should they? No.

Will they? Also probably no. They can just wait until they retake the court via democratic means and redraw

Can't redraw legislative maps FYI so thats more likely to cause the impeachment especially considering the legidlative maps aren't that extreme . Like they wouldn't go nuclear if for example their state senate  NE gerrymander was redrawn(it isn't even that bad for them as the black oppurtunity seat would still be winnable at Biden +4)
