A combination of 2,3, and 6, as others have said, is the most likely and logical US response.

But if the US wanted to play hardball and take on Russia at their own game, (after threatening to invade if Russia invaded Ukraine, beforehand) they'd invade Cuba in response. Russia threatened to send troops there again (the last Russians left Cuba in 2002) this week. If Russia cannot accept a foreign power's troops on their southern border, neither can the US on its southern border.
