According to Amy Siskind, Kyrsten Sinema could be a presidential contender.

That is both the single source for this entire rumor/meme, and the OP of this thread.

The more I post on this forum, the more I am inclined to believe no one actually reads the threads and people are posting in response to thread titles alone.

She's presidential material but she should wait. Perhaps sometime between 2028-2036 would be better.

She needs a strong base of support and what would hers be? Pro-filibuster, narcissistic bisexuals?

Biden wins every single primary, Sinema goes on to endorse him.

I'm skeptical, but this does seem like something she would do. It would be hilarious if she did end up running. Democrats don't like her, Republicans only like her because she's a thorn in the Democrats' side, so her base would be...The Lincoln Project?

The Lincoln Project doesn’t even like her either. She’s got nobody.

Does she even have a TikTok account? She certainly doesn't stream on Twitch. She doesn't do zany Twitter hijinks. Zoomers won't care unless she caters more to their platforms.

Posting cringe on TikTok certainly won't help anyone in a general or a primary.

The idea that she's running for President doesn't pass the smell test. It doesn't make sense with her previous record.

She kept a relatively low profile during her first two years in the Senate, largely avoiding the national media.

It seems to me that she's not taking the steps that a Senator running for President would take. She didn't spend 2020 auditioning to be Joe Biden's running mate. She doesn't have a book deal. She's not endorsing candidates. From my understanding, she's not making many notable media appearances, or seeking out alternate media. Any Sunday morning or late night show would be happy to book her, as would centrist podcasts.

Whatever her agenda is, she's not acting like someone prepping a presidential run. And it's weird that anyone informed about politics thinks otherwise.
