As a kid, trying to ride my bike on an ice-coated sidewalk.

On that line of “thinking,” it was running on concrete that had a very thin layer of sand over it for six year old me. Still have the scar.

Probably had dumber ideas as a kid, but in the past year, going to Arches National Park in the afternoon... in July.

I went in very late June about 10 years ago. What did you get? Oppressive heat or sudden monsoon?
