Letting a crush grow into an obsession. It was bad.

Eh, there are dumber things, such as skiing down a mountain with a parachute strapped to one's back. Which I may or may not have done.

Entertaining thoughts of suicide, which have been persistent despite my being perceptive enough to know that killing myself is a dumb idea.

On that line of “thinking,” it was running on concrete that had a very thin layer of sand over it for six year old me. Still have the scar.

I went in very late June about 10 years ago. What did you get? Oppressive heat or sudden monsoon?

I once told my first wife that the paper she wrote for college read like it was written by a very very smart 3rd grader AND I thought it was a compliment.  The craziest part is that this was before we got married.

In college I got this idea that I could mix vodka with ramen noodles.

Don't try that.

I believe this was the casus belli for the Russo-Japanese War.

"vape into a toilet" competition w some of my friends in undergrad

we were all horrendously drunk and there was no actual point to the competition we just took turns vaping into the toilet then flushing it to try to make a "vape tornado" (which it didn't do even once) and calling each other "VAPE GOD"

in terms of just like, actual sheer stupidity that's gotta be it.

It would have to be working in West Africa. Spectacular, but cannot seeing that happening again.

Got malaria and the company was not that flash at keeping it's promises.

What's wrong with the Philippines?

It's a very dangerous country to visit thanks to the current President, something I didn't realize when I first decided I wanted to travel there.
