Senator Biden remembers President Bush

On Face the Nation, Senator Joseph Biden of Delaware delivered a personal eulogy of President Bush
Quote
"Look, you had a man who tirelessly fought for what he believed in, and look we may have disagreed on a lot but I had such a great deal of respect for the man. I send my thoughts and prayers to Laura and their two beautiful daughters. And I know that sooner or later that the thought of their father, the thought of her husband will bring a smile to your mouth before it brings tears to your eyes, I promise you.

May God bless the soul of President George Walker Bush, and may God bless America.

BIDEN RECONSIDERS DECISION ON 2004 BID

Senator Joseph R. Biden Jr, the longtime Senior Senator from Delaware has as of last month ruled out a second run for President of the United States, but since the tragic and sudden death of President George W. Bush and the ascension of Richard B. Cheney as President, aides and allies to Mr. Biden have suggested that he has done a full 180 on the issue.

Mr. Biden, 60, has previously run for President, back in 1988 but dropped out after allegations of plagiarism burned his campaign. Sources close to Mr. Biden indicate that he believes he is the only one that can unite the Democratic field to defeat candidates such as Mayor Rudy Giuliani or Governor Jeb Bush, who is the brother of the deceased President.

No final decision has been made by Biden or the Biden team.
