What will ultimately happen to New Mexico’s congressional map this cycle? Will it be kept or struck down?

If it’s struck down then that’d mean political gerrymandering was struck down and I don’t see that happening

Probably upheld, but people said the same about NY and it got struck down. Courts often are unpredictable with redistricting.

There's nothing remotely similar to NY's state laws regarding redistricting in New Mexico.

Yea a lot of people seem to think when “the court” strikes down a map it’s the Supreme Court, but almost always it’s the state court.
