If President Jimmy Carter won a second term and shocked the world by beating upstart Ronald Reagan, what would his second term be like for America?

Would the 1982 midterms be a GOP wave?

How would Carter handle the economy? Cold War?

Would the Republican Party be in a better place in history if Reaganism ended in '80?
