OFFICIAL BALLOT
of the SOUTH


A voter's ballot is valid only if the voter:


1. Is registered with the Atlasian Registrar General as a voter of a Southern state during the entire time that the poll is open (12:00 AM EST on Friday, December 24, 2021 to exactly 72 hours later);
2. makes only a single post in that election thread;
3. does not edit or delete the post more than twenty minutes after the post has been made; and
4. clearly identifies the contest in which a vote is intended to be applied, except when there is only one contest on the ballot.

to the Constitution of the Republic of Atlasia

Be it enacted by the Senate of the Republic of Atlasia:

Section 1 (Title)
i. The title of this Amendment shall be the “Property Rights Amendment.”

Section 2 (Property Rights Amendment)
i. Article I, Section 5 of the Constitution is hereby amended:

No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.


Shall the amendment to the Fifth Constitution of Atlasia be ratified?
