Biden’s backing then plummets again (to just 20 percent) when he’s matched against a hypothetical field of potential Democratic alternatives, with double-digit support for Kamala Harris (13 percent), Elizabeth Warren (11 percent), Bernie Sanders (10 percent) and Pete Buttigieg (10 percent).

Meanwhile, nearly a quarter (24 percent) say they’re not sure whom they prefer for the 2024 nomination.

That's even worse than most of the polling in 2019 which had Biden in the 30's. Isn't this unheard of for an incumbent president?

Astonishingly poor showing for Biden here - and it's still 2021.

Might be heading towards a LBJ '68-type scenario if Biden (and The Party) can't block out the competition

Seems like complete garbage. Biden at 20%? C'mon, that's nonsense. And polling Biden and Harris is even more ludicrous. Throw it in the trash.

the only way to reliably poll this question is to have one question that's "biden or 'someone else'" and then another question that's everyone else versus each other

Warren and Bernie are on the ballot up for reelection in 24, and just as old as Biden Warren already said she isn't running for Prez she is running for reelection

All of them will do about the same as Biden with open borders and Amnesty
