Why are you only posting the #s for African-Americans in the subject line?  If you click through the link in the tweet, you find the #s for all Dem. primary voters:

Full results- the employment crosstabs are very interesting.

White (n=1547) self ID: 42 R-33 D-22 I
Black (n=258) self ID: 7 R-78 D-15 I
Hispanic (n=222) self ID: 25 R-50 D-17 I
Other Race (n=193) self ID: 20 R-46 D-25 I

Other Race crosstab is equally pro-D as Hispanic crosstab, but significantly more anti-R/anti-45.  (Hispanic R/45 favorability is identical to White). Other Race is also slightly more supportive of the infrastructure package than Hispanic.

2024 D primary preferences by ancestry

White: 27 Harris, 14 Buttigieg, 9 Warren, 8 AOC, 23 unsure
Hispanic: 34 Harris, 11 Buttigieg, 11 Warren, 9 AOC, 7 unsure
Other Race: 18 Harris, 11 Buttigieg, 11 Warren, 11 AOC, 36 unsure

Finally a poll that includes a realistic field. And this shows Harris's weakness as a candidate in the primary has been very much overhyped by the media. I'm surprised with how well AOC does among black voters especially compared to Warren. Buttigieg is not winning with that little black support.
