Ideally the workers, though in practice I would be fine with private ownership on a limited scale when it comes to certain small businesses. Rentiership however, should be plainly abolished and the land held in common by all the people, and most major industries should be nationalized and subject to democratic input.

Some small scale, mainly artisanal work can remain private—but most should be owned by the workers managed through a representative command economy.
