They want to ban "equity" so that young'uns don't learn how to properly take out a mortgage.

To me equity either applies to finance or to civil law remedies other than money. Trying to create a new definition of equity that basically means equality of outcomes has been frustrating to no end since that word already has centuries of definitional use as other things. Its basically just an attempt to trick people into thinking equality which the new CRT definition actually contradicts.

If Republicans could get away with it, they would allow huge bon-fires in front of schools and encourage children and their entire communities, to just throw all books into the fiery pit.

Pretty sure it wasn't conservatives burning Harry Potter over the last year. 20 years ago it was. Book burning is becoming a bipartisan affair. At least the Pubs aren't the ones banning Dr Seuss on ebay for "promoting violence" or getting scholastic to pull ook and glug learning karate because muh cultural appropriation.
