This bill will save Lincoln from many of the effects of the climate crisis and produce clean energy jobs, as well as lowering energy costs and strengthening our electric grid.

Honestly, the dates you set in the amendment do absolutely nothing to stop the climate crisis and are basically pointless. I motion to table this bill, and I’ll reintroduce it in a future bill.
(I’ll also put the less controversial stuff in a separate bill)
