I think the Blazers 3 Peat from 1977-1979 and may have a chance to win one more ring in the 1980-82 period .

Hard to say only one but this is what I’d say . If I had to live in Washington these would be my 3 favorite cities

1. Vancouver
2. Everett
3. Mill Creek

I’d say my favorite tourist attraction in Seattle itself is The waterfront next to pike place or Wildwaves

Who would you vote for:
Trump (R) vs Badger (D)

Given I probably dislike Badger even more than I dislike the Squad at this point, I'd vote for Trump if I live in a swing state otherwise id spoil my ballot.

Meanwhile, my question:  Given how completely Oregon and especially Portland has Been ruined by Democratic Party policies, when in 2022 do you plan on moving?

I mean I hope things can get better in the next 5 years so I don't plan on moving on in the short or even medium term. I plan to help out through volunteering and through my job as currently a Tax Preparer/Accountant and hopefully a CPA in the future.

As for the long term, depends on what the quality of schools are when I get to the age of having to raise a family of my own

Some Immediate Policy changes Id like to see :

1. Laws start to be enforced again regardless of political impact

2. Them to remove all sorts of zoning laws so we can start to fix our housing problem

3. Increase accountability in schools as well as implement a more rigorous math curriculum in schools.

Some Structural Changes that we have to make:

1. We have to get rid of the Commission Form of Government and switch to a mayor-council Form of Government

2. Hopefully this leads to where the Mayor and the Police Commissioner arent the same office

Heres what a Commission Form of Government is like: https://www.portlandoregon.gov/auditor/article/9178

Follow up question. So if Oregon next year elects a Democrat as governor as expected,  as surely control of the legislature isn't about to flip either, does that mean you're gone by the end of 2023 instead?

The main reason I want to stay here is cause I want to live close to my parents, along with other family members and most  of my closest friends live here so no I won’t move out .

I know Old School likes Reagan but if Iran Contra happened under Teddy Kennedy watch whom should of been Prez, it would of been an entirely different scenario

Reagan should of been impeached but we weren't polarized until Clarence Thomas

Reagan wasnt all that great and neither was Romney whom had Bane Capital that took 401K from it's employees like Enron

Romney also hired an illegal alien company to mow his lawn

The Romney today whom took over the Maverick label due to McCain untimely death, isn't the same Romney that ran for Prez in 2008/12 and he was against amnesty he received Kennedy award and Kennedy's were for Amnesty

2000 Election With Hindsight: If I only have 4 years worth of Hindsight then I would definitely go Bush, but with 8 or more years Id probably go with Gore.

Favorite Meal: Pizza in all instances except where I am going to actually eat at a restaurant. In that case, Id prefer going to a Mexican Restaurant and ordering an Enchilada

Indian Cusine: Yes I Definitely like Indian Food but my favorite Indian Cuisine is Punjabi and not Gujarati.

Place Id like to Visit: I would Choose Australia as I have never been there before and have family who live in different parts of Australia. Though If I had to go on a trip with friends I would probably choose Paris or Rome

I. POPULISM (100%)

(1) Do you think the following political campaign/ad material (2017) is better described as a representation of "populism" or of "identity politics"? (2)

(2) Briefly list three psychological effects this ad / this part of the aid aims for in the viewer. Feel free to list specific elements in the ad that corroborate your analysis. (3)

(3) Do you think the success of the campaign style epitomized by this spot is a compelling argument against democracy? (3)

1. Definitely identity politics given he doesn't really mention a single policy in that ad

2. Id say the ad is trying to do 3 things:

- Make it seem like he is one of the farmers and not one of the politican. He does it by talking about how Washington is fake but a farm isnt and mentions how the tractor can break down at any time

- Make it seem like hes a tough guy for being able to operate farming equipment so makes people think he will be this some alpha senator who will get stuff done for them

- Generally fools people into thinking he will represent them due to those two other factors

3. Yah it's definitely a negative that people took that as a positive but as Churchill said " democracy is the worst form of Government except for all those other forms that have been tried"

I have a piece of paper in which I record which Atlas users have told me "yes," "no," or did not tell me anything clear or at all .... when I asked them whether they would support my proposal for rewriting the 14th Amendment. My paper says that you were "no," which I recall disappointed me. Please remember that the details I included in the proposal were designed to be a balance between liberal and conservative points of view. I also realize now that I forgot to reveal that there is one other detail in my proposal.

You're a citizen now, but you came here as an "alien." My proposal is designed to prevent the federal courts from ruling that the Equal Protection Clause requires states/localities from "discriminating" against aliens. I have long thought that it's absurd for the SCOTUS to interpret the EP Clause that way; it is surely beyond the clause's original intent. (Tons of stuff that have been done are beyond the clause's original intent.) So there is some case law on the topic of discrimination that I am proposing to overturn. But the SCOTUS has also ruled that a secondary - sort of back-up - reason for why state and local governments are not allowed to discriminate against aliens is because only the federal government is empowered, by the Constitution, to regulate immigration. The Court has, at least twice that I'm aware of, said that states are not allowed to interfere with a power the Constitution delegates to the federal government - to control the flow of immigrants to the United States. I was careful to say, in my proposal, that we will continue to allow the federal courts to reason that way. We are only trying to rewrite the 14th Amendment so that federal judges will not wantonly, willy-nilly, strike down state and local laws they do not like.

So, can you reconsider? Do you really think we need to keep Roe? (I think that was one of your objections.)

If you could appoint judges, would you rather appoint people who previously served as public defenders/civil rights attorneys or people who previously served as prosecutors/corporate attorneys?
