I am not doubting that Biden is under 50 but he can get to 50 on Election night, the IPSOS poll proves that and that's the only poll that matters if he is 50 on Election night

The way I interpret this:

Republicans should not celebrate like 2024 is already over.

Dems should take this as a warning sign even if we know that it's too early; even if Rasmussen has R bias; even if there is sizeable portion of electorate sick of Trump.
