This means that Biden while winning NYC still is worse than in Kerry 04, Obama 08 and 12, and Clinton in 16.

NYPD: Staten Island, parts of Queens
Minority shift: Northern bits of Manhattan and the Bronx
Orthodox Jews: Brooklyn
NY Post: No clue
Cuomo nursing homes: Probably not a huge factor

Is New York more Hispanic than other big cities?
27 percent may not seem like a lot but it is quite diverse. The 2 dominant hispanic groups in NYC is Puerto Ricans and Dominicans. Although there is a central american/colombian/Mexican community in Queens.

Staten Island was the only borough not to swing R, probably because Biden was a relatively good fit for White Catholics.

Nonwhite R swings also explain much of Brooklyn and Queens. I’d say #1 is part of #3 considering that NYC probably has a lot of more recent Jewish immigrants
