1. Under the terms of this Act, the government of the Republic of Paflagonia must agree to any audit or review of expenditures pertaining to foreign aid.

2. $100,000,000,000 shall be appropriated, via the Atlasian Department of State, to the Republic of Paflagonia for the purpose of reconstruction following a great civil war.

Self-explanatory bill which I explained in my Oval Office thread, which I will quote below. This is a foreign aid bill to support the Paflagonian government in rebuilding after bloody revolution. Both the terms and the amount were negotiated with President Narriman and have the support of the State Department.

I oppose any additional state department spending because we should continue investing more at home. Things have a track record of going awry when we give aid to certain foreign countries. This aid can ostensibly be used for arms, etc.

I support this bill. Paflagonia is a close and treasured ally of ours, and one that is deeply scared and damaged after recent internal events. They deserve our support and we ought to act quickly on this measure.
