Trump winning Georgia or Biden winning a Trump 2020 state?

Biden winning NC (the only Trump state I realistically view as a "Tossup" in a Trump vs. Biden race) is slightly more likely than Trump winning GA (Tilt/Lean D). However, with a different R nominee I’d say GA is slightly more likely to flip than NC.

This would be more interesting if you asked about WI or a Trump state.
