Bojack Horseman

Of these I'd rank it something like, based on their peak eras, as most of these have wildly varying levels of quality that make them near impossible to rank

1. The Simpson's
2. Bob's Burgers
3. Rick and Morty
4. American Dad
5. South Park
6. Family Guy

Haven't seen enough of Futurama to fairly rank but the little I have seen makes me suspect it'd be my number one. King of the Hill would be the next best after Bojack Horseman if it were included

Classic Simpsons is hands down some of the best TV ever produced. Futurama is amazing, American Dad occasionally had smart episodes, Bob's Burgers is pretty solid and Rick and Morty is actually okay with a diverse writing cast but just has bad fans.

other-The Venture Bros

While I consider The Simpsons and South Park to be far more important historically, The Venture Bros is my favorite adult animation of all time.

South Park (ever so slightly) > Family Guy > American Dad > (gap) Futurama > The Simpsons > Bob's Burgers > (gap) Rick and Morty

I would insert Daria > King of the Hill > Beavis and Butthead after American Dad. I would also rank The Boondocks and Aqua Teen Hunger Force very high.

I'm a fan of Bob's Burgers, and early Simpsons was quite good.

Early Simpsons was by far the best. However, South Park has been by far the most consistent for the longest, staying solid and relevant for nearly 25 years while The Simpsons started sucking and fading from the zeitgeist after about 10. So really depends on how you judge it.

Also honorable mention write-in: King of the Hill. That one had maybe the most heart and felt the least “cartoonish” of all of them.

I absolutely loathe South Park and all that it and its creators stand for, so for once I'm in agreement with BRTD here as melodramatic as he's being about it. It was moderately satisfying when they ate crow about the whole ManBearPig thing, though still shameful that they acted such that they had to renege those sentiments to begin with.

I would've imagined that as a bit indulgently erotic for your tastes, though I suppose the implication that the heckin' sex-positivity isn't immune to the whims of other hierarchies and is in some ways its own form of repression is suited to your worldview. Good pick either way, though.

I'll pander to you, then, and scribble in Serial Experiments Lain on my ballot.

It’s a comedy show.

It’s supposed to be funny, and it is. Doesn’t matter if I agree with the creators on everything or not. And since they mock people on all sides and always have, it’s not hard for most to find something they can agree with them on, and their humor is such that anyone who is capable of laughing at themselves and their own side should be able to enjoy it even when they disagree. In any case they are far funnier and more clever than The Simpsons and Family Guy writers who have been phoning it in for years.

Despite it being stupid, I thought the ManBearPig episode was funny even before they retracted it and apologized to Gore. (Who took it in good humor himself by the way.) Now they’re just all-around based. They are both funny and their message is on-point more often than not these days. Unsurprising however that a socialist would hate a funny show that unapologetically celebrates individual freedom and attacks authoritarians of all stripes (be it Trump, China, or the PC thought police on college campuses). It goes against everything they stand for, humor most of all.

In fact, that’s maybe the most insufferable part of socialists: They are all just so goddamn humorless and take themselves so goddamn seriously. I can’t imagine ever inviting most socialists to a party. They would totally ruin it by going on about how it’s all just bread and circuses to distract the proletariat masses or some s—t. My suggestion to you, and all other Marxists, is to try to just live your life a little, especially while you’re still young. No matter how fixated you are on it or angry you are about it, you are never going to solve all the world’s injustices and bring about the worker’s utopia in your lifetime. So you might as well pull out the stick every now and then and just have some fun. It’s not a crime, for now at least.

I'm not sure why King of the Hill wasn't an option. That would be my vote. After that, I'd say Futurama.

There's a reason the dirtbag left exists. I am inclined to support them because they are on the left but they're also against this woke garbage that the juvenile wing of the party has been pushing for years, and destroyed hope for reform in the process.

The Tipper Gores (more like Twitter Gores amirite) of the Democratic Party should just be rejected wholesale. Free speech is absolutely under attack when censorship is imposed, and it just makes the entire party look bad.

Based on all the ones I've seen. I've added a few options:

1. The Simpsons (Seasons 1-8)
2. King of the Hill
3. Futurama
4. Family Guy (Seasons 1-3)
5. Family Guy (Seasons 4-8)
6. American Dad
7. F is for Family
8. The Simpsons (Seasons 13-16, 19-20)
9. Bob's Burgers
10. Bojack Horseman
11. The Simpsons (Seasons 9-12)
12. Family Guy (Seasons 9-Present)
13. The Cleveland Show
14. Napoleon Dynamite The Animated Series (yea it existed )
15. The Simpsons (Seasons 21-Present)
16. Big Mouth

Can't comment on South Park, Rick and Morty, or Gay Hentai as I've hardly watched them.

1. Futurama
2. The Simpsons
3. South Park
4. Bob's Burgers
(huge gap)
5. American Dad
(huger gap)
6. Family Guy
7. Rick and Morty

I don't watch any kind of hentai, so I can't rank it.
