Nay. I am interested in amending this bill.

My apologies to my fellow Senators, I overlooked this legislation this morning but I will try to have an amendment ready this evening or tomorrow.

Striking this part of my comments from earlier. I am not sure if I know immediately what should be fixed in this bill but I am interested in if Senator Cao has an amendment in the works to improve this bill.
