Even by your low standards this is an evil post. You legitimately have no shame

I would love it if you were a Ukrainian living in that city under Russian rule. Primarily because no one, on Atlas or otherwise, would ever hear from you again.

Quote
Russian President Vladimir Putin’s peace proposal for Ukraine remains on the table despite Kiev’s recent missile attack on Sevastopol, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Monday.

Ukraine conducted a missile barrage on Russia’s Crimean peninsula on Sunday using US-made ATACMS equipped with cluster munition warheads. While Russian air defenses managed to intercept the missiles, one ended up exploding in the air above the city of Sevastopol, leading to casualties among the civilian population.

Imagine anyone so smooth brained as to uncritically and unironically site Russia Today as and information source.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-06-27/after-oil-russia-may-now-be-building-a-shadow-fleet-for-gas

"After Oil, Russia May Now Be Building a Shadow Fleet for Gas"

This is merely an implementation detail of a core issue: A true blockade of Russian energy in the world export market would lead to a surge in energy prices and the resulting inflation would be bad for the re-elect number for collective West incumbent governments.

Remember in May when Woody, convicted pedophile Scott Ritter, and Jackson Hinkle said that “Kharkov was coming home to gLoЯiOuS яUsSiA”?

Pepperidge Farm remembers

It’s honestly amazing that the Russian lemmings haven’t learned that for every field they try to take, hundreds, maybe thousands of them will be dead or dismembered. It’s amazing what Ukraine can do once the weaponry started flowing in from the west again

Trump's attempted betrayal of Ukraine ultimately failed.

And that is glorious.

This would be huge:

"Scoop: The US, Israel and Ukraine are in talks to supply Kyiv with up to eight Patriot air defence systems, dramatically improving its ability to counter Russian air strikes.

Story w/ great @FT colleagues @JamesShotter @HenryJFoy @JP_Rathbone @felschwartz"

Another Russian missile strike on a residential building, this time in Dnipro. No word on casualties yet. But the top four floors of one portion of the building have been completely destroyed, so it doesn't look good.

Though given this morning's s***show, Ukraine had best make the most of the next six months before a re-elected Orange Man orders them to surrender Sad

Though given this morning's developments, Ukraine had better make the most of the next six months before a re-elected Orange Man orders them to surrender Smiley

For Ukrainians, the Biden-Trump debate was a high stakes affair:
“At least Trump does not support giving our territories to Putin.”

"Some Ukrainians after the debate felt as if they were lying on railroad tracks, while a freight train was coming at them with no brakes, and the guy who could have switched the tracks just turned and walked away, Olga Rudenko, chief editor of the Kyiv Independent news website, wrote on social media.

“The only thing between us and the train is the possibility of a miracle,” Rudenko said.

Other observers were similarly dismayed.

“Everything Trump said about Ukraine reeks of cheap populism. Although about few soldiers and few resources here he is right,” Ukrainian journalist Andriy Tanasiuk said. “Biden speaks the truth, but we haven’t heard from him about any real steps toward peace either, unfortunately.”"

Is this thread getting quieter a sign that things ain't going great for Russia?

That has certainly been the case in the past.

The front is pretty quiet right now outside of some places in the Donbas and Vovchansk but this thread is mainly quiet because the biggest spam source (jaichind) left after his muting lol

Russians have breached the Ukrainian defensive lines near Horlivka. These strongholds are the last remanents of the pre-2015 lines. They are also advancing from Avdiivka-Ocheretyne.

The battles for Chasiv Yar and Vochansk are still ongoing, which I believe will be in Russian hands by the end of the year.

Meanwhile Ukraine hasn't even retaken a village this year, let alone a town. (The naysayers are free to name them if there are any)
