Joe Biden does not run for reelection.

Sherrod Brown, realizing that he would almost certainly lose reelection to the Senate, decides to run for President, and defeats Kamala Harris in the Democratic Primaries by winning the Iowa Caucuses, New Hampshire Primaries, and the most delegates on Super Tuesday.

On the Republican side, Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin defeats a large Republican field after former President Donald Trump declines to run. Youngkin's closest competition was Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Missouri Senator Josh Hawley.

Who are the running mates? Who wins, and with what map?

How popular is Biden? If he's underwater enough partisan factors would be enough for Youngkin.

Biden's popularity hasn't gotten better or worse from what it is now.

Youngkin wins relatively easily then, but under-preforms (but still wins) the competitive states in the Rustbelt
