This is probably generous to Biden right now. He was dealt a difficult hand but he's terrible at marketing his policies, and as a result his Presidency isn't doing well. I think it's naive to blame Manchin/Sinema at this point. Just blatant incompetence coming from the White House. It's not nearly on Trump's level, but American voters do not have hindsight and I have no faith in voters not repeating the mistake of 2016. I wouldn't be surprised if the nation swung a few points right in 2024 if things keep up.
