Mike Ferguson leads Linda Stender by just three points, 49%-46% -- a statistical dead heat -- according to a poll conducted by RT Strategies and Constituent Dynamics.  RT Strategies is run by Democrat Thomas Riehle and Republican Lance Tarrance, whose old firm, Tarrance and Associates, has polled for many New Jersey GOP candidates over the last 25 years.  The automated survey of 1,000 likely voters has George W. When your own publicly released internal poll shows you doing much worse than the Indy poll, it's a good sign that the poll is definitely a one in 20.
