Iraq is tough, sort of yes, sort of no. The initial part where Cheney lied I don't support but once we got into Iraq, I feel like its our obligation to unruin the country and try fixing it because we did sort of ruin it. Pulling out felt immoral in the "mission" we had.
I agree most on taxes, gun control, keeping things the way they are (notice I don't like when they try pushing social issues further right), plus I like the idea of "work hard and do well" that the GOP does silently support. Issues that I don't support are : school choice, the death penalty (i can be emotionally swayed however, someone who rapes and kills kids is easily someone i want to see dead, while regular murderers not so much), also maybe how much the GOP tries to make things easy for giant corporations. I especially dislike the way the GOP carries itself right now in terms of PR.
Yes I do, I'm currently in Switzerland, I'm half Swiss half American. Military family (though he's retired now) so that's why I'm not "home" (plus its a long story, i went into details on one of the discords). Honestly I should change my avatar to R-MN, R-TX or even R-CH (nah) instead of R-CA.
