If this is repeated in another poll, I'm willing to rate this a Tossup.

Among the larger pool of registered voters, it’s a one-point race:  McAuliffe 47 percent vs. Youngkin 48 percent.  Two weeks ago, McAuliffe led among registered voters by 11 points, 52-41 percent.

That is .... one hell of an LV screen

Honestly, mad respect for any quality pollster that puts out their result as is when it does align with the herding around D+1. Shocked it's not 8 in the other direction, but we'll find out soon enough (if this isn't a troll)

It seems we have a very late polling swing.
Tossup race. We'll see the results on November 2.

What I take from this poll is that no one will take Fox polls seriously for 2022 if Youngkin loses.

I am moving this race from lean D to tossup, based on the momentum Youngkin appears to be having.

And no, it isn’t merely based on this one poll.

How much of the registered voters have voted yet? %-wise
I'd be especially interested to see know what this metric is in NoVA.

Basically every RV non-LV is voting McAuliffe.

Fox with another strong ass LV screen, but still this shows a 12 point RV swing. 13 point swing among LVs.

Who knows if McAuliffe's campaign is actually falling apart in these final days, given that CoEfficient poll, but either way Youngkin has the momentum.

Not really. This poll has an LV screen of R+4 and an RV screen of D+2, which makes sense given the diverging results between the two.

A D+2 screen would be pretty close to 2020, while the LV screen is clearly way more Republican.

Again, most polls are banking that Republican turnout is going to eclipse Democratic turnout by a decent margin, so it really all depends if that actually happens or not.

It's not a toss up

And Virginia will be fairly republican going forward

Junk poll! The slithering and lying fake beltway news media is desperate for a competitive race to show up again in their backyard.

Told you McAuliffe was more vulnerable than Tester. It’s not too late to send Tester to the Boonies and get rural losses down to 2014 levels, but the McAuliffe campaign doesn’t know what it’s doing, so...

Tester would have this race locked down months ago if he were running TMac’s campaign.

I’m calling this election for Youngkin at this point. Hopefully I’m wrong on Tuesday.
