About half a billion is going to be spent in California this election.
Prop 89 enacts strict campaign contributions, and public financing. No more $500 million of pay to play.

Bad, I am opposed to all campaign spending limit laws.  I do favor requiring all funding sources to be fully disclosed, and to that end requiring all campaign contributions to be made in a manner timely enough for them be known before votes are cast.
