I was going to ask if Atlascare subsidizes drug testing for companies at the moment but presumably this is a blanket ban on either Atlascare or any other federal program ever doing so in future.

This looks reasonable, I think? I'd have to think through possible repercussions further.

The bill passes. Being generous in counting Lech and Disco's votes since they were technically after 72 hours, but with the PPT apparently unavailable to close votes that is the least of our worries here.
