Resolved, that –
(1) the Senate condemns and expels Senator Spark498 from the Senate for conduct that disrespects the Atlasian people in a way that is not befitting a member of the Senate.

Charlie Crist on a cracker, is it too hard for the PPT to read the [inks]ing rules? Expulsion proceedings should not even be brought to the floor unless at least two senators sponsor them. Frankly it seems hard to believe that is a reasonable baseline for expulsion when a simpler censure requires nine senators to do the same thing, but that's what the rules say right now. This shouldn't even be on the floor and that would be equally obvious if Ishan did his job.

I repeat: this being on the floor at all is against the SOAP, and any attendant actions that aren't withdrawing or tabling it are technically outside the bounds of the rules as well.

Ishan can pull this and reintroduce it according to the rules if he really feels that strongly about kicking Spark out, but the only sensible action on this right now is tabling. Motion to table.
