People's Alliance have their only seats in this area around Fredericton, Tories previously did very well; Confederation of Regions too. Why so right-leaning?

Actually most right wing part of New Brunswick is more southern part if you look at federal results.  People's Alliance while right wing is more your anti-bilingualism vote and since predominately English speaking but close to French speaking areas, a fair bit of resentment.  Further south people think less about bilingualism.
