Yes but the jobs that came back are the same low paying jobs except for Nursing that's why the Student Loan Debt has skyrocketed

When you get a new job you don't qualify for Unemployment right away it's not SSA or SSDI where if you leave you get it, it takes 6/8 mnths to qualify and you have a 90 day Probation

The same Employers fired their employees before they got Unemployment during Great Recession

Why do you think people under 62 whom are on SSDO aren't leaving their secured income to get a job

As I said before, you can't get back on unemployment when you exhausted them unless you didn't spend 26 wks on them. If you spend 3mnrhs then of course you can qualify again, Unemployment isn't SSDI, you have to wait 6 months at least to qualify and you have to be Fired not Quit as high most people have done, but if you are married and have a spouse as backup, then of course you can quit your job

This is for reason for low Unemployment benefits

That's why it's called 90 day Probation so Employers can Fire you before you get Unemployment
