Lose. Even if the republicans lost the senate in this alternate 2016 universe, the Rs would’ve gained atleast 30 house seats in 2018 and gained 6 seats in the senate. A Republican (I’m assuming Marco Rubio) wins by a decent margin in 2020 and McConell gets tons of judges and everything.
