It depends on the circumstances of the election, but South Carolina probably. Kansas has already had its share of climate problems and rural flight and it remains strongly Republican. South Carolina has a strong AA base, will be more dramatically impacted by climate change, and Democrat candidates will be campaigning more in the Southeast than the Plains for the foreseeable future.

Kansas is one of the more educated states and is the second most well educated Republican state. As you'd expect then, it has had some good trends for Democrats over the last few elections (Romney +22% to Trump +15% last year). Republicans are maxed out there while Democrats have plenty of room to grow, so I actually expect it to be a swing state eventually. If whites depolarise based on education much more than South Carolina blacks, Republicans could end up having problems there too though.
