Do think think Susan Wright would have defeated Jana Sanchez if she finished ahead of Ellzey in the first round?

I think Wright would have won. It’s a Republican leaning district.

For a change SnowLabrador and LeroyMcPhersonFan aren't overestimating the GOP. It is an R+6 district that supported Trump by 3 points. Wright is likely a better fit for the suburbs and she wins the guilt vote. Yes, had it been Wright vs Sanchez, I'd rate the race as Likely Republican. Safe might be an exaggeration, but Likely isn't.
