I noticed that Washtenaw County, MI incredibly flipped every cycle from 1964 to 1988. In the case of 1972 it defied the national swing and it also did in 1976 but with Ford having a home state advantage, though he underperformed Nixon's 1972 margin in the state, and Reagan in 1980 did better statewide but lost that county. Obviously it was blue-trending at the time and is gone.

Has any other county or any state had a similar streak of flipping every cycle?

Update - the state of Louisiana flipped every time from 1948 to 1980 but that includes 3rd-parties, though every cycle from 1956 to 1980 could still count considering that Humphrey was 2nd and Nixon 3rd place in 1968.

Kenedy County, TX, has been flipping for several cycles: it voted for Obama, then Romney, then Clinton, then Trump. (Being the only Romney-Clinton-Trump county in the country, it also has the longest losing voting streak that is ongoing.)

Butte County, California flipped every election from 1880 to 1900, voting for the loser in all of those elections except for in 1900.
