As per the early modern definition of the term

I've been to the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea

I've been in (i.e. actually gotten wet) in the Atlantic, Pacific, Caribbean, and Gulf of Mexico.

I've sailed on ships or boats in the Atlantic, Caribbean, and Gulf, plus a few seas not mentioned: the North Sea, Labrador Sea, and Sargasso Sea.

I live near the Pacific (I’ve been there frequently) and visited the Atlantic and Mediterranean when I went to France.

If you count the Gulf of Aqaba/Red Sea as part of the Indian Ocean, then all except for the Gulf of Mexico and the Arctic Ocean. I've gone swimming in all of ones I have been to except the Mediterranean (too cold when I was there).

I've gotten nice and wet in the Atlantic, Pacific, and the Mediterranean.

I don't think I've ever even laid eyes on the others.

I’ve swam in the Atlantic and Pacific, and have been on the coastline of the Gulf.  I seem to have narrowly missed the Caribbean Sea, as I’ve been to some places that border it, but I’ve been on the opposing coasts.  There does exist a possibility that I could see the Arctic sometime in the coming year.
