I would say yes on this one. Minnesota seems to be one of those places whose Democrat tradition is holding firmer than you would expect (Iron Range specifically) given the wild swings of its neighbors (barring Illinois). Minnesota also has more of a percentage of college-educated voters as well, so there’s that.
