The Iowa Democratic caucus will never be first again, that's for sure.

Where will it be now? Middle of the nominating season? At the end?

Democrats don't need Iowa to win the election, if it goes D, is it during a Democratic landslide year?

It won't be seriously contested in presidential/Senate races for at least a decade. The GOP might keep the Iowa caucuses first, but Democrats probably replace it with a state that's somewhat more representative - maybe Michigan?

They should just ignore it altogether.  It should just be viewed like Montana, South Dakota, Kansas, and other states they won't win and shouldn't expend effort in for Presidential elections.  At least for Nebraska they can win that one district.
