Disliking the Marvel movies as a whole? No.

Specifically disliking Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Shang-Chi and thinking that they're somehow uniquely pandering or wokeness gone mad, then yeah that's a pretty racist/sexist thing to believe.

I mean, Black Panther was pretty obvious pandering and all of the reviews which followed it are a testament to that.
