A voter's ballot is valid only if the voter:

1. Is registered with the Atlasian Registrar General as a voter of a Southern state during the entire time that the poll is open (12:05 AM EST on Friday, October 8, 2021 to exactly 72 hours later);
2. makes only a single post in that election thread;
3. does not edit or delete the post more than one hour after the post has been made; and
4. clearly identifies the contest in which a vote is intended to be applied, except when there is only one contest on the ballot.

2. Write-in: This is a good idea for RL IMO but it seems odd to elect just one per subregion and just three at large. Since the game is small, I think all at large is preferable with the possibility for the chamber to have 7 members if a lot of people run, assuming that is still the law in the South. The South is facing inactivity for the past several months and the game in general, it seems, but if the South becomes revitalized eventually there should remain the possibility for a larger chamber instead of locking it in at five delegates.
