It might move right by a couple of points in 2024. I don't see it flipping until at least 2036

Webb County actually didn't swing nearly as much to the right as Starr and other counties did, because muh Laredo and urbanization. Democrats probably have a strong base here. Maybe it will swing a few points to the right, but I wouldn't be too surprised if it swung leftward. Don't hold your breath for Webb to flip any time this decade, or probably even in the next.
