It is not  but there is no doubt that Tmac is ahead even if it is by a small margin.

And the tight race is over afghanistan.

Reasonable margin. As the election nears, I predict more polls in that range as more people pay attention and Democrats come home. The same happened in California during the recall (obviously by a much wider winning margin).
