Usually should be a group of ethnic whites or the super rich areas.Depends on the city though. In Seattle the most Republican part is Broadmoor and it clearly stands out in any precinct map with shading. It still voted D by a safe margin in 2020 though.

Also any area that's home to a lot of ethnic white cops. Mount Greenwood in Chicago and Staten Island's South Shore are good examples.

In New York City, it's ultra-Orthodox Jewish areas, which definitely cover all or almost all of maybe the 100 most densely populated Trump-voting precincts in the country.

In DC it's staff for Republican politicians and think tank extremists.  They tend to be spread out though.  So I guess it's just a few ultra rich precincts.  But there are no meaningful pockets of GOP strength.

A lot of southern cities used to have affluent Republican enclaves in or near the urban core, and some still do.

In Denver proper it’s probably the far Southwest part of the city limits that are more close to JeffCo.

In South Florida it's the richest whitest coastal areas or solely Cuban* enclaves such as Hialeah and Westchester.

* Other Hispanic groups remain significantly to their left

Here's Seattle.

Biden was the best performing D in this precinct, he even did better than D who ran for insurance commissioner. Kim Wyman won it by the same amount Biden did though. It was Romney +11 in 2012 by the way.

To add to the above, areas that a city arbitrarily annexed for revenue/development reasons but that have more of a suburban/exurban character and don't have much in common with the city they're technically part of.

Ex. In Houston, that would be Kingwood, a suburb in northeastern Harris County that is connected to the rest of the city by a little tendril of land and is basically a Republican exclave.

In Nashville (excluding the rural areas of Northern/Western Davidson County included due to the fact that Nashville and Davidson County are consolidated), it's still the elite areas like Belle Meade and surrounding well off areas.  In particular, the areas west of Nolensville Pike (and especially along and west of I-65) along the Williamson County line are still pretty Republican.  Of course, they're semi-suburban.

EDIT: Downtown Nashville is also noticeably less Democratic than the places immediately adjacent to it.  Its precinct was only Biden +18 and Bradshaw +11 in 2020- and swung Republican, from being Clinton +22 in 2016.  It's mostly wealthy white people who live there these days (71% NHW, with most residences seeming to be luxury apartment buildings).

For St Louis and Baltimore it is the Italian American neighborhoods of The Hill and Little Italy respectively even the nearby more whiter suburbs have been trending D

University Park in Dallas is a good example of this

Indianapolis south side is basically working class white suburbia, plus some higher end upper middle class or middle class white areas and a growing Asian (mostly Burmese) population. It’s strongly republican. There are also a few republican precincts left on the west side that are similarly middle class and white and more suburban in nature. The north side (old money) has gotten much more Democrat recently but the wealthy areas around Geist reservoir plus a few other scattered precincts still vote GOP.
