I personally don’t. I am referring to public spaces for this, not a private residence

If it's a public space, I will, although I don't know of any public indoor spaces near me that don't require masks. If it's just someone's house, no.

The third option usually applies to me, though I don't wear a mask when I go for a walk.

Yes, I see my grandparents sometimes, I don’t want to risk infecting them, and unlike most modern day people in this country and much of Atlas, I am willing to undergo a very minor inconvenience for the marginal betterment of society and to protect fellow Americans in any way possible. At best, I saved a life with only five seconds of effort (if that) at worst, nothing happened and the status quo is maintained.
That’s not because I’m a particularly good person by the way (quite the opposite), it’s just because the losers today are exceptionally horrible people.
If you got offended by the above, that is internal guilt by the way. Cope with it how you want.

No but it’s required everywhere indoor in Oregon now

But I just usually assess the situation. If I’d be the only one on without a mask then I put one on. But if there are a few or more without one I don’t.

Nope.   I only wear a face diaper when absolutely required (like the DC Metro and McDonald's).

Not consistently, but I do it while I'm moving around and if staff or co-workers are wearing them.

I've gone back to wearing a mask in public since the employee mask mandate at my workplace was reinstated (and I'm under mask mandates on the bus and on campus as well). If I'm being forced to wear a mask in certain settings, I might as well be consistent and wear one in all settings.

Its currently required both by my college and by the city government. I wear one inside except for in my dorm building.

I only wear a mask where I have to. Otherwise, I'd never wear one.

It is mandatory (and enforced) basically everywhere indoor and public in Spain so obviously yes. Only exception I can think of for this question is inside people's homes where I don't wear one but I would if asked by the host.

Most places I go do have such mandates, so just wearing one as a rule is more convenient than memorizing the exact nuances of when I can and can't get away with not having one.

Illinois has an active statewide mandate, so we are wearing them in all public indoor spaces.

During the period when the mandate was relaxed earlier in the Summer, I often did not as it wasn't required, but sometimes I still would.

Wearing a mask is one of the least inconvenient COVID measures and I don't really understand the angst around it.

This, for IL, but my answer to the hypothetical OP is of course not.  Being in Iowa City to tailgate last weekend was a very nice change of pace from Chicago restrictions.
