We all know most politicans in the south during the early to mid 20th century were notorious for their segregation but there's the north as well.

And Richard Daley Sr while not intentionally racist made CPD super corrupt especially in 1968 DNC and treated the Black and Latino Chicagoners inequality to the point Chicago is the largest US city that is not fully racially integrated. At least he didn't made the city Cleveland, Detroit, St Louis which were having population losses back then

Why was Frank Rizzo about or even more racist as George Wallace despite being religious and background differences
