All posters shall discard memes, with the exception Institutional Memes to be listed below, within forty-eight hours of their first appearance. Any meme posted outside of the established forty-eight hour window shall be dealt with in the form of multiple grievances about the establishment (Talk Elections) diminishing in quality and becoming impossible to read. Any poster found to be in violation of this shall be blamed above all others for the decline of the establishment. If a meme is posted to mock an absurd post, it must be removed as soon as possible, and treated as a greater offense to the status of the establishment than the post it sought to mock.

The exceptions are as follows:

- "Nice guy, FF"

- "Let the states decide"

- "Socially (adjective), ecomonically (opposite adjective)"

- "Obama pls [sic] drone"

- Empty-quoting

- Posting the link to view one's profile, in order to trick a given user into believing the post in question is about them

- Various quotes from Christian emo bands

- "Discuss with maps"

- "It's your (improper variant of 'choice')"

- Polls containing two options, one of which is a belief of the original poster, the other an option absurd to the point that participants are coerced into choosing the original poster's belief, and in doing so raising the ego of said poster

- Ironic use of "big if true", and all its grammatically improper variants

The proper options for opinion polls are "FF" and "HP" (or "Fx" and "Hx" for things other than human persons), although this rule is weakening in recent years as gradations like "Massive FF" and "Lean HP" become more tolerated. However, old-timers still feel that the proper place for those gradations is in responses to the thread rather than in the poll options themselves.
Modifiers like strong or lean ruin the joke.

Isn’t it funny because literally the only options are Freedom Fighter and Horrible Person?

You are not allowed to criticize BLM or point out the violence they were responsible for in 2020.

And yet, you do it all the time.

I'd also Praise Jesus in a land where Sharia Law reigned for as long as I drew breath.

It's an unofficial rule that forbids a righteous act.

You are not allowed to be pro-Trump on this forum without someone thinking you supported what those idiots did on 1/6.
