-Require all public sector employees at all levels to get the vaccine or get fired. People who have a medical excuse will be suspended with pay and benefits. Those who are fired will get all benefits such as unemployment canceled along with the elimination of their government pension eligibility along with any other benefits.

-Require all federal contractors with over 100 employees to require vaccinations for all employees without a medical excuse and the firing of workers who do not comply. 

-Elimination of Social Security and Medicare benefits to the vaccinated without medical excuses. All benefits will be restored over a sixty day period upon receiving the shot.

-Put the money saved from benefit cutting into a fund designed to help vaccinated people pay for healthcare premiums/out of pocket and free basic insurance for uninsured vaccinated people.

-Sets the number of available hospital beds for unvaccinated people at the percentage unvaccinated people in that county, meaning that if the county has a 70% vaccination rate only 30% of hospital beds will be open to unvaccinated people. If that capacity is reached unvaccinated people will be refused admission. If the vaccinated section is full and the unvaccinated not, vaccinated patients can use those beds. Those with medical conditions will get a purple card letting them get treatment in the vaccinated wing.

-The unvaccinated still working for employers not covered under sections one and two will have 5-15% of their paycheck deducted in a "endangering public health" tax. People who then get vaccinated within two months will get 50% of the money collected returned while the rest goes to the Freedom fund.

-Eliminates tax subsidies to companies without vaccine mandates and increases corporate taxes on them by 2%.

-Introduces the Freedom fund, made up of money collected from the public health tax and money saved from the cutting of tax subsidies, in addition to the 2% corporate tax increase. This money will be spent on infrastructure repair & revitalization projects.

-Requires all eligible students in public schools without medical excuses to get the vaccine or be required to work at home. This is to protect those with medical conditions like autoimmune issues from becoming sick.

-Requires the unvaccinated without medical excuses to take their temperature every morning to submit on a government app.

-Bans the unvaccinated without excuses from public places. Those who need basics like food will have to double-mask and wear a face shield.

-If COVID cases in those who are vaccinated or have autoimmune or other medical conditions are traced to an unvaccinated person, the unvaccinated person will be liable to pay damages ranging from $1,000 (mild/no symptoms) to $100,000 and 1 year imprisonment (death). The $100,000 will only be part of the $200,000 total given to the vaccinated person's family, for the government will match that.

-Suspends the lifetime cap ban from the ACA (hey ya'll wanted it for years) for the unvaccinated without a medical excuse, meaning that all care after that cap will be out-of-pocket.

-Establishes the following sentences for those committing COVID-related crimes:
--$500 fine for violating the mask/shield rule (goes up $500 for every repeated error).
--$1,000 fine for donating to a group promoting disinformation.
--$10,000 fine for entering public school grounds (goes up $5,000 for every repeat error).
--$15,000 fine for attending an anti-mask/anti-vax event.
--$25,000 fine for spreading disinformation online (goes up $10,000 for every repeat error).
--$50,000 fine for interfering with workers at a vaccination site.
--$100,000 fine for organizing an anti-mask/anti-vax event.

All of the amounts over $10,000 can be forgiven at a rate of $25 per day in jail without the vaccine or $250 per day in jail with the vaccine.

-Puts all money raised by the fine system into a fund to be paid out to vaccinated people once a month, with families getting more due to more people.

No, it is a plan for companies to encourage vaccination to minimize loss. Once companies reach 100% vaccination of eligible and able employees the suspended ones can come back.
